Signtronix, Inc. collects information to the Signtronix web site by way of the following: client and/or visitor data submitted via the Signtronix feedback form, order supplies form, update profile form, e-mail addresses of those who communicate via e-mail with Signtronix, and/or information volunteered by the user.
The information collected by Signtronix is used to improve the content of the Signtronix web site as well as corporate and regional operations, update Signtronix's internal employee database and provide employees with necessary supplies ordered from the web site.
Signtronix does not automatically collect user information from the internet such as IP addresses; where "cookies" have been programmed into the site, its purpose is strictly to identify a pre-existing user in the Signtronix web site database.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding their online requests.
With respect to Advertising Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any advertising server companies and/or web marketing or sales companies. Your volunteered information is private and shall not be supplied to such firms.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
