The Signtronix Classic's face is made by a process called vacuum forming. The vacuum forming process makes all the copy and graphics on the sign come off the sign in a "3D" look and feel. It's very similar to an embossed book cover. Your sign design is replicated onto a 3D mold and then the sign face is molded around it in the vacuum former. The face is then painted either by a roller coating or airbrushing process. High resolution graphics can be adhered to the sign according to the design and custom sign manufacturing specifications.
The Crystalite sign's face is completely smooth because the sign design is printed on high quality, high resolution printers and then adhered to the inside of the sign face using a proprietary process. Practically any graphic, logo or layout is possible on the Crystalite sign.
And yes, both custom signs use the virtually unbreakable polycarbonate material and the same quality frame and lighting system to keep your sign up and running for years to come.
