I am writing to let you know how very please we are with the sign Signtronix built for us over five years ago. Our business was in the path of the worst storm to hit Mississippi in over 40 years. However, we were very fortunate that we were far enough from the coast that our business didn't get flooded. The winds of hurricane Katrina were a different story though and brought devastating damage to many business signs around us. We returned days after the storm expecting the worst but was surprised to not only see our sign still standing but totally unharmed. Even the letters were all still in the tracks. All the other business signs for blocks in either direction were broke, blown out or completely gone!
As you know, we purchased the picture sign from Signtronix in the year 2000, and were so happy with the way the custom artwork represented our business. The salesman that helped us with our first sign went the extra mile to pick out the special artwork emphasizing a tuxedo and a wedding veil that was very current. When we added the marquee three years ago it really gave us the ability to personalize our message in so many ways that it has truly become an important part of our success in growing our business. Customers from two counties away have commented on our "Q&A" campaign and other slogans we put on it. I was so proud to welcome my nephew Jason home from duty in Iraq on my sign.
I can't begin to calculate what our Signtronix sign has meant to us in new customer business. Since my house was flooded by the hurricane, I am living at the store temporarily until we can rebuild. The signs are actually brighter now than the street lights out front and makes me feel more secure when I close and lock up for the night.
